Building a better future.
Orphaned children will receive support in their education, including tutoring for thos orphans performng below their age level. Volunteer, church, and government support will be utilized to meet their educational needs. A school is currently funded by donations to Sster Mary's religiuos order is currently under construction When completed it will serve preschool through seventh grade students. The Tanzanian Children's Project will soon be offering its support to ths school.
It is expected that the self-confidence of these children will grow to the level of being able to manage life in the face of the difficult circumstance of losing their parents. Children will be better able to compete for future educational and employment opportunities. They will develop the social, behavioral, and academic skills necessary to compete and integrate into the larger community.
