HOST A FUNDRAISER
Gather up your friends or host a special event at your school, church, or other organization to
raise money for the orphanage. After you have collected your money, send it to the Tanzanian
Children's Project using one of the two methods mentioned under
Donate to TCP.
Some suggestions for fundraising that have proven to be successful are:
- Dance
- Walkathon
- Bike ride
- Bowl-a-thon
- Yard sale (neighborhood or church wide)
- Music concert or festival
- School read-a-thon
- Fair Trade sales
- Lemonade stand at a shopping center (great idea for young children)
- Charity road run
- Running relay at local track
- Auction (silent, live, online)
- Contact us with your own ideas
